Mission
Deliver systems organisations can actually run for years, with the client owning both the source code and the understanding of it. No vendor lock-in.
Vision
To be the team Thai organisations call when they need a system that has to live alongside the business for years, not just one that satisfies a contract.
What we hold to
Say the true thing, even when it is unwelcome
If a project does not pay back, or there is a cheaper route, we say so up front. Taking on work we expect to fail serves nobody.
No lock-in
Source code, documentation and every account handed over. Clients can move to another team whenever they like, without asking us.
Estimate honestly
Separate what is settled from what is not, and name the risk factors in the proposal rather than in an apology later.
Build for the people who use it
A system that looks good but is slower than what it replaced has failed. We measure success by whether the people at the desk got faster.
